Lakeridge has been growing for nearly 20 years and now Lakeridge Addition is underway.  The Lakeridge community plan emphasizes wide open green spaces and trees, paved walkways, and the scenic neighbourhood lake.

Lakeridge is Regina's only neighborhood to have two high schools: Winston Knoll Collegiate and Michael A. Riffel HIgh School are both on Rochdale Boulevard. There are several elementary schools nearby.

Rochdale Boulevard is where most of the business district of northwest Regina is.  You can find everything from necessities to boutique shopping and fine dining all within walking distance or a short drive.

Lakeridge is also close to a public library, movie theatres, and connects to transit routes. Regina's downtown is only 10 minutes away.
