Lakeridge is a family-oriented residential area situated in the north west sector of the City. Lakeridge is the newest and most prestigious of locations in north Regina with construction beginning in the mid-1990's.  Housing is predominately single-detached. Close proximity to the major new business and shopping developments in the Rochdale Boulevard-Pasqua Street area. There are several parks and greenspace in the area as well as the manmade with larger walk-out homes backing the lake and park.
