Condominium Apartment home sales declined -20.2% in February to 1,352 versus last year and in the same period the Average Selling Price declined -2.5% to $331,597. In Toronto, Condominium Apartment home sales declined to 953 (-20.0%) and the Average Selling Price declined to $352,614 (-4.7%). In the (905), Condominium Apartment home sales declined to 399 (-20.7%) while the Average Selling Price increased to 281,398 (4.3%).
