January 2013 Condominium Apartment Sales

TREB Condominium Apartment sales declined 5.1% to 1,051 in January 2013 with an average selling price of $318,542 (- 1.2% VYA). In Toronto, Condominium Apartment sales declined to 730 (-4.5%) and Average Selling prices declined to $340,295 (-1.3%). Outside of Toronto, sales of Condominium Apartments softened to 321 (-6.4%) while Average Selling prices declined to $269,073 (-1.4%).
