November Detached Home Sales

TREB's November 2012 Detached sales were 2,718 compared to 3,234 last year (-16%) with an average Detached selling price of $608,672 (flat versus last year). Days on Market increased to 31 Days from 29 Days compared to a year ago.

Condominium sales declined 25% to 1,379 in the same period with an average selling price of $330,341 (- 2% VYA). In the 416 area, average selling prices declined 4% to $350,540.

Semi Detached sales declined 11% from a year ago to 677 but average selling prices increased 4% to $471,083. The sale of Townhouses declined 14% to 905 in the same period and average selling prices increased 1% over last year.
