Fall is well on its way and the kids are back to school again. My family had an amazing summer with lots of bonding time on long road trips seeing the wonderful area we live in. Our 5 little ones aren't so little anymore and it has been a great experience watching their personalities grow and develop. I hope this past summer has been good for you and your families and wish you all the best.

Even some of the higher turnover areas such as Brocklehurst are starting to see longer periods of time on the market. It's a great "buyer's market" with a continued low interest rate environment, and many motivated sellers.
