You absolutely must contact your SOI or your 'sphere of influence' by telephone on a regular basis. I don't care what you call it, center of influence, your database, your contact list, that stack of sticky notes in your desk drawer, whatever. If you aren't top of mind and demonstrating that you truly want to provide value to your SOI, they won't call you the next time they need a real estate professional. They'll call the other guy.
