Well September results were higher than the same month last year. It was only marginally higher though with the monthly list to sell ratio softening from 45.88 to 33.69. The softening in the list to sell ratio is the result of more listings over last year. The sales successes of June, July and August brought out some of the Sellers that were sitting on the fence.

Once again, the monthly numbers are up compared to last year. August saw 217 sales compared to 167 for the same period last year. In addition, the monthly list to sell ratio edged up to 45.88% compared to 33.40%. It is encouraging to see that the number of sales for both June and July have shown increases over the same month last year. There is a general feeling in the air that the Real Estate market is a fairly safe place to invest.
