4th quarter results 2009

Well the year closed out with some impressive results. The total sales volume for the Georgian Triangle area was $484,646,974 for the year ended December 31, 2009 as compared to $441,044,393 in 2008 or an improvement of 9.89%. September results higher

Well September results were higher than the same month last year. It was only marginally higher though with the monthly list to sell ratio softening from 45.88 to 33.69. Once again, the monthly numbers are up compared to last year. August saw 217 sales compared to 167 for the same period last year. In addition, the monthly list to sell ratio edged up to 45.88% compared to 33.40%.
