Home Sales up ... conservatively

Home Sales in the Kamloops/North Thompson region:

Aberdeen, Westsyde and Brockelhurst continue to show the strongest sales with almost half the home sold in February coming from those three areas. However the total number of units sold in February are down over the same time period last year by about 10%, and prices also slighly lower.
