Seeking Experienced Receptionist/Administrator For Part-Time Work

Century 21 Dreams is looking to fill the position of a part-time Real Estate Receptionist/Administrator at our office in Downtown Oakville. 

The successful candidate must be Customer Service oriented, and be able to work under pressure in a busy office environment.

Applicants must meet the follow criteria:

1. Must have experience with Quick Office Commander (candidates will be tested).
2. Must have Lone Wolf experience.
3 Excellent telephone etiquette and be able to operate a multi-line switchboard.
4. Good IT/Computer skills.
5. Good problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
6. Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written.
7. Must be flexible to work some weekdays and weekends (both Saturday and Sunday).
8. Preferably reside in the Oakville/Burlington area.
