Great day! Good ride. Even rode a K or two with coach Brownie which was very inspiring! Spent 5 hours in the saddle today and that's it until the "Ride". Next stop dinner in Toronto Friday night with the ride team, then Princess Margaret Gates, Exibition Place, early Sat AM! The bike is in the shop for it's final tune and we are ready to go!
