South East Concept Plan Public Open House on June 27, 2012/Saskatoon

The City of Saskatoon and Rural Municipality (RM) of Corman Park invite the public to a South East Concept Plan open house on Wednesday, June 27, 2012, at the Saskatoon Christian School (Highway 16). The purpose of the open house is to share the draft Concept Plan with the public and to gather any additional input for the South East Concept Plan area.

This is a come-and-go event with an opportunity to provide comments on the information being presented. Please note there will be no formal presentation.

The South East Concept Plan is currently being prepared for the RM of Corman Park and the City of Saskatoon, in partnership with the consulting firm of MMM Group Ltd. The Concept Plan will establish future land uses and planning policies to guide development in the study area, which is located within the RM and part of the Corman Park–Saskatoon Planning District; an area jointly planned by the two municipalities. Geographically, the area is bound by Highway 16 to the east, Range Road 3052 to the west, Saskatoon to the north, and the Planning District boundary to the south.
