$12.325 Home Improvement Incentive

Many years ago, I had BC HYDRO came to my residence and assessed my home to retrofit it for energy efficiency. It was called the "powersmart" program. Some of you will remember. Well, today, you can still have the same program under a different auspice... check out LIVESMART BC and ECOENERGY RETROFIT for this program.
