Wagging the Dog.........

OKAY Folks...........so, is the market really hot right now?

According to another real estate company source, our market is now bounced back to "pre- recession" figures. YES, the market is hot. Some pessimists would have you believe that this is an "artificial high'. So, the tail is wagging the dog!  BUT I beg to differ. My sense and experience in the last month is that YES, the Market is Hot. Call me to discuss if you disagree. I have the facts and figures. Diego, my beagle wags his tails coz he's happy.
