Sugar Wharf Condos is a new condominium development by Menkes currently in preconstruction at 95 Lakeshore Boulevard East, Toronto ON M5E 1Z2. The project is scheduled for completion in 2022 situated just to the east of Yonge Street and just north of the waterfront. Sales for available units are starting from the High $400,000’s and has a total of 1927 units with three residential towers proposed at 77, 87, and 90 storeys to rise from a retail podium, also housing a public school. Some of the existing heritage LCBO headquarters buildings on the site are to be preserved and integrated into the redevelopment.
