Welcome to my Website
Yes, a seasoned Realtor can work wonders and have blue streaks in her hair – occasionally. Yes, I’m colourful, as is my career. And all of this is to your benefit.
I’ve been a Realtor since I was still in bellbottoms, back in 1978. I’m thirty years smarter now and have made my mark in the Prince Albert area as a woman of many skills.
Want to know what you’ll get from me?
Common sense. Creativity. Resourcefulness.
These are skills I earned while being a landscaper, truck-driver, motorcycle dealer, floral arranger, Scout Leader, horsewoman, canoe instructor, and aroma-therapist. (I can change oil in a big rig AND smell lovely while doing it.)

Elaine McMillan began her career as a Realtor in 1978.
One of Prince Albert’s truly gifted originals, Mrs. M. began in sales and customer service the moment she was walking. In her family’s business, she pumped gas and made change at the same time as she was learning to read.
This tireless entrepreneur ultimately became CEO of a waste company until her competition bought her out – but only after insisting, she sign a five-year non-compete contract. She’s that good at whatever she does.
Best plan is to have her working with you.
My specialty is common sense. I’m a smart, practical thinker who respects straight talk.
I’ve proven that I’m ambitious and naturally gifted at customer service. I’m proud of the ambition and grateful for the gifts.
My average showings before a sale is five -- pretty impressive, huh? I really listen to my clients’ needs and wants—and even to their picky little preferences and whims!

I was raised in a service station and convenience store and I worked with the public from year one!
Prince Albert has always been my home, except for the six-year course in relationship building that I took in Thompson, Manitoba. Translation: That’s where I met my husband.
My husband Alan and I live on a happy acreage, and have been summer lake people for over 30 years.
I’m a serious softie and animal lover, and have owned horses, cats, dogs, a monkey, guinea pigs, goldfish, and have taken in many abused pets and found homes for them. (Usually, my home…)
I drove a truck for ten years and can capably operate all types of heavy equipment.
Yes, really. So carrying around your For Sale sign won’t be a problem. Ditto for your Sold sign. I’m not afraid of work – go ahead, try me.
