Buying can be such a complicated, daunting experience.  Having a knowledgeable Realtor working with you can help you ensure that you are getting the most for your money.  When a Seller lists their home, the Listing Agent is working for them.  Their job is to sell the home for the highest price.  When you shop with your own agent, your interests are protected.  My job is to get you the best possible deal and the right home for you.  The best part is that the Buyer's Agent is typically paid by the Seller.  The commission paid for the listing is split between the two companies involved with the sale.  If you don't have an agent working for you, the whole listing commission remains with the Listing Agent's company. 

                                  REMEMBER:  The listing agent is working for the Seller!!!
