Actually, it's never a bad time to buy if you need a place to live and you are in a financial postition to do so. After all, why pay down someone elses mortgage via your rent when you could be building equity yourself?

Congradulations to our receptionist, Shannon. The Abbotsford Chamber of Commerce recently held it's Annual Business Excellance Award function. Shannon had been nominated, along with 12 others from various businesses, for Customer Service Excellence - Individual . . . and . . . she won!

Is it just me or do others notice the constant negative reporting when there is very little negative to report? for example: this morning on Global, a major anouncement that a Merel Lynch honsho is saying the Canadian Mortgage market is near collapse . . . just like the American mortgage market. They gave the guy about 20 seconds and cut him off before he could explain the differences between the two ...
