Its been an active spring and summer market so far for Red Deer real estate. The volume of activity has been more consistent than last year and the sales volume has been higher. Overall Good News for sellers and reassurance for buyers that the housing market is stabilizing and balancing in Red Deer.

One of the most common questions we get asked is "how's the market?".
That question always should be answered with a "it depends", because it truly does depend ion what market you're referring to. Red Deer is the largest Central Alberta Community but is surrounded by several other communities withing 30 km, such as Sylvan Lake.

Be sure to head down to Bower Ponds on Friday.
Bower Ponds in Red Deer is the place to be for Canada Day Celebrations. Every year Bower ponds is the venue for the 143rd birthday celebration with international foods booths, music and fun. It's put on by the city with help from the red Deer Cultural Heritage Society.
