On March 2, 2012, my wife Cheryl, my daughter Fonda, Ken & Donna Welk, Pete & Nicky Sebesten and myself, had the privilege of serving the first dinner to the families at the Ronald McDonald House. I had the roasts put in the oven at 2:30 pm and at 7:30 pm we were done and everything was all cleaned up.
