Step #1   CHOOSING THE RIGHT REAL ESTATE AGENT-AMANDA KING!

You have made a smart choice in letting me assist you in buying your home! My main objective is to take as much of the stress and uncertainly out, and put as much excitement and fun into the purchase of your first home! I'll keep you informed & Involved in a Straightforward & Upfront Manner.  I know this is a huge milestone for you - take comfort in the fact that your best interests are my top priority.

Step #2 DETERMINGING WHAT YOU CAN AFFORD

I will guide you through the mortgage pre-approval process, so that when you find the right home, you can act on it with confidence that the numbers will work!  The process includes determining down-payments, introducing you to reputable Mortgage Brokers, and establishing closing costs-no hidden fees & no surprises!

Step #3 FINDING THE RIGHT HOME FOR YOU

I LISTEN and determine upfront what the most important features to you are and then I match your detailed criteria to the homes that are available ensuring that you see the ones that best meet your needs and wants- not wasting your time in seeing homes that wouldn't work f9or you! Feel free to take notes and ask any questions that may come to mind-I've heard them all!

Step #4 MAKING THE OFFER

Together, we will prepare an offer to purchase the home, meet with the owners of the home, and present and negotiate your offer on your behalf. Once the offer is accepted you are in the home stretch!

Step #5 TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS

At this point, I assist you in completing any conditions of the offer by arranging and attending the home inspection, finalizing your finances with the Mortgage Broker, and assigning a reputable lawyer and coordination the required legal documents. My goal is to take as much off of your plate as possible and make this a ON STOP SHOP experience!

Step #6 PREPARING TO MOVE

Once all of the conditions are met you are a homeowner - CONGRATULATIONS! Now you get to plan and prepare for the move. As my client, you are entitled to Exclusive Air Miles, and discounts at companies such as: The BRICK, Benjamin Moore, Maid Day, ADT Security Systems, National Car Rental, and AMJ Campbell Movers. So, while I am busy overseeing the transactions involving your home purchase up to and including the closing day, you can start shopping and packing!
