I have 40 years experience in buying, selling or leasing residential, industrial and commercial real estate. In today's market it is important that consumers work with real estate professionals, who are not only knowledgeable of the market and different neighbourhoods, but also of the product selection available and the unique situations that arise when purchasing or selling real estate.
Acquired my C.R.B. designation from the Realtors National Marketing Institute and F.R.I. designation from the Real Estate Institute of Canada.

Personal Background
I am from Guyana, South America. My High School was Tutorial. Grew up in BV., East Coast Demerara. Joined the Guyana Police in 1961 - 1967, having studied in London England at Scotland Yard. I then moved to New York City in 1967 November, where I started in sales of photographic products. Another experience was in Washington DC in sales of clothing and furniture, for a couple years, while meeting interesting people.
Came to Toronto in January 1970, then applied for landed status and eventually obtained my canadian citizienship.
I get to love selling; so about a year later I obtained my real estate licence.
It's seems as it was yesterday. I love being involved in the real estate business of buying, selling and leasing of residential and commercial properties.
Personal Interests
My past time is power boating. Usually spend a lot of time on Lake Simcoe and
Photography. Friends and collegues are welcomed.
