Wow! What a great day we had at Easter Seals Camp Horizon and what a pleasure it was to be able to present Mary Townson, the camp director with a cheque for $10,700. We were able to raise this amazing sum with the help and support of Airdrie & area residents & businesses who participated in our annual golf tournament.

This spring the market has improved with houses selling in a timely manor. Our listing count has decreased and our absorbtion rate has dropped to approximately 3 mths. What does this mean. It is fairly simple really it means that if you took the number of sales in the last 30 days and divide that into the total number of listings it will give you the absorbtion rate.
