I just wanted to let you know that I am thoroughly impressed with all of the emails you have sent me thus far and keeping me updated with the housing market. I talked with you about 5-6 years ago and interesting enough I believe we played hockey against each other for the past couple of years. I am afraid when I needed to buy a new house about 3 years ago, I went with a friend and they really didn't do a very good job. With your hard work and frequent updates I will definitely keep you in mind when finding a new house in the next 5 years. Just your work ethic shows me that you will work very hard if given the chance and I am looking for someone who I can trust when looking for my next house.

When my husband and I realized that we would have to relocate to Southern Ontario because of health issues, it was a time of great stress and worry.
We were unsure where we wanted to live and the type of residence that would be best for us. We did know however that a bungalow or a condo would best meet our needs. We were referred to Brad by a friend of our daughter who lives in this area.
