Personal Background
I am married to a wonderful, supportive person and have a large extended family of children and step children. I am no stranger to blended families, extended and untypical family arrangements.
As a single Mom for many years I understand the sometimes challenging thought of buying as a single Mom. I have studied and used the alternative financing methods to buy homes for myself and for others.
As an investor I have proven ways and measures on how to make minimum investments and create positive cashflow that can be duplicated and not put a total strain on your daily life.
