Positive news shows that Resales homes across Canada increased 18.5% in the month of August in comparison to the month of August last year. Also the average price increased 11.3% during the same time.
It should come to no surprise to anyone that our local Napanee and Area Real Estate market takes a couple of months to catch up to the large city markets. The near future looks promising to ...

The Toronto real estate market is sizzling once again with a record amount of homes being sold last month in an upward trend offcials say will last all year.

Greater Napanee will play host the 2010 Ontario Men's Curcling Championship and myself and the other agents in the office have decided to sponser the event. The Tankard will take place February 1st to 7th, 2010.
I always try to help out the community in sponsering events that will hopefully bring business to my clients who have been such great clients to me over the years.

Hey Everyone,
Last weekend our office raised over $3400 for the Heart and Stroke Foundation. We rode the Big Bike all over downtown Napanee to help bring awareness for Heart and Stroke. All of us have been affected by Heart and Stroke problems. Next year be sure to help this wonderful cause.

I've included a document in my posts with the latest housing stats from CMHC (Canadian Mortgage and House Corporation). The sum it all the up the news is GREAT for our area!!! Kingston and the Belleville Area are the best markets currently in Canada. We are one of the only markets that is experience growth in the average sale price.
