Check these photos I snapped this morning downtown near the Blue Cross Center, City Hall and BMO building.  Sometimes winter isn't so bad.

Metro Moncton Real Estate market stays strong

Contrary to all the doom and gloom hear from the National media, our real estate market remains strong.  At the end of July, year to date listings were up 4%, and the dollar volume was up 8%.  Our number of units sold was off a bit at 5%, but the increased prices kept our volumes good.  This is compared to the 2007 numbers which was a continuation of several years of record volumes.  ...

Big Bike Ride for Heart and Stroke NB

Hi everyone; I have been asked once again to "ride the Big Bike" for a fund raiser for the Heart and Stroke Foundation of NB.  Since my Dad had his by=pass surgery about 4 years ago, I saw the high quality of care he received and also knew that heart problems run in Gail and my family.  Sooo, I figured this would be a godd place to do some fund raising.  I have been asked ...

Metro Moncton comes through again!!!

The citizens of the Metro Moncton area came through again with big support for the IWK Telethon.  It was held at Champlain Mall and was promoted as a joint effort through two local radio stations - C103 and XL 96.  A little over $70,000 was raised in just two days, and we were pleased to match our last year's contribution of $360.00.  The staff of Century 21 Countryside has, over the ...

Catriona LeMay Doan speaks at C21 Annual Meeting

Last Wednesday the Atlantic Brokers and their sales associates gathered in Halifax for our annual meeting.  As always Century 21 put on a great function with three very good guest speakers.  However, the highlight for me was Catriona LeMay Doan, one of our very successful Olympic Speed Skaters.  She is now retired and she spoke about her Olympic experiences and the value of goal setting ...
