We would like to thank you for making our first home purchase such an exciting experience.  From the first day we contacted you, we knew we made the right choice.  You went to work for us immediately by listening to our needs and providing us with answers.  As first time buyers we had many questions and concerns.  The information that you presented us with was very useful.  We especially appreciated the binder that you put together for us detailing condo purchases.

When it came time to start the hunt, you put together a wide variety of viewings to help us get a feel for the market and our desired style.  You were patient and helpful as we looked at potential homes, offering advice and expertise that we could not have done without.

As we prepared an offer you showed excellent market knowledge.  You were adamant that we felt excited yet comfortable with our offer as you crafted one that had great appeal to the owner. 

We were very pleased with your attention to detail, and your insistence on making this an enjoyable experience.  You followed through with everything you said, showing integrity and a sense of commitment.  You were always on time for our meetings and you offered a refreshingly upfront attitude.  Christy and I place high value those characteristics.  We also liked that every meeting began with coffee and a muffin. 

Thank you for going the extra mile for us.  We will definitely be telling our friends and family about your excellent service and wish you all the best in the future.  When it comes time for our next real estate endeavor, you will definitely be our first phone call.

Unpacking is done and we had our first barbeque on Saturday. It was alot of fun. We really love our new home and we have to thank you for helping us getting it :)  We will definitely refer you to all our friends!
