I have been selling Real Estate in Ottawa since 1989. As an award winning agent I have successfully help hundreds of clients reach their dreams and enjoy their new home or sell their old one. I work in the business with my wife, of 27 years, Joyce. we love what we do, we enjoy the clients we work with and we give it everything we have got.
I have a wealth of experience and knowledge that I try to share with my clients so they can make good real estate decisions and achieve their goals. I'm the Past President of the Ottawa Real estate Board and a past Director or the Ontario Real Estate Association. Both Joyce and I are Brokers. I have been involved in organized Real Estate since early in my career. This involvement helps me better serve my clients as I am kept current on new developments in business practices, technology, laws, ethics and regulatory changes. This information can make the difference between a sale closing or not. My involvement has also resutled in my being well known in the industry. I have an outstanding reputation and this helps me sell more homes.
My involvement includes being the President of the Ottawa Real Estate Board (1998), Director with teh OREB (1995-1999 & 2001), Director, Ontario Real Estate Association 2002-2004, Member of the Complaints, Compliance and Discipline Committee - Real Estate Council of Ontario 2005-present and Arbitration Committee Chair OREB 2008.
As a Realtor, I specailize in Residential Real Estate but have vast experience in Multi-family, Commerial Leasing and Land Sales.

- Born in Manchester England, moved to Canada with my parents in 1974

Personal Interests
I have a wide variety of activities that fill my personal life. Anyone that knows me, knows about my love for football(soccer). I have played since I was a young boy in England and continue to play today with the Ottawa Falcons Soccer Club. I have supported The Arsenal since my childhood days and share this passion for our team with my daughter Laura and son Mark.
I love to travel. Culture fascinates me and I enjoy experiencing what the world has to offer. I love to visit places and take in the local activities, food, and people. I have travelled extensively in Europe and North America and look forward to visiting the Far East and Africa in the not to distant future.
From my travels I have developed a love for fine food and wine. I like to cook and can spend much time making meals for family or friends. Joyce just wishes that i would learn to clean up afterwards.
Education
David graduated from the University of Ottawa with an Honours Bachelor of Physical Education (Sports Admin) in 1983.
David is a Real Estate Broker licensed by the Real Estate Council of Ontario. He maintains a very high standard of continuing education in the real estate field to keep himself updated on industry matters.
