January 2012. Holiday's are over and time to get back to work. Real estate at Century 21 has kicked up better than 2011. I expect to see a small increase in property value this year do to the economic outlook for the Fort Saskatchewan area.

I remember these times a few years ago.. Calls are slowing down, emails are relaxing. This is normal real estate in Fort Saskatchewan. Times are normal once again. Can't wait for January to get the party started again.

We experienced a short period of time with less phone calls and inquiries. This is to be expected in a great community with higher than normal income. Holiday's are very important in my community, and deserved.

http://www.fortradio.com is alive and moving forward. October 23 at 4:00pm the switch was turned on for a start of fort saskatchewans first and only Radio Station. Over the next few weeks format and web design will be the focus of this new asset to the fort. Over the next few months we will be working on creating the final touches and going live on your FM dial.
