      <title>Amazon.ca Ranks Kelowna Third Most Romantic City In Canada</title>

Kelowna ranked high on the list coming in 3rd place and if you don't mind my saying so...it should! &lt;p&gt;Amazon.ca&amp;rsquo;s &lt;em&gt;&amp;ldquo;most romantic&amp;rdquo;&lt;/em&gt; Canadian data revealed that:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Sex and the (Smaller) City: Though nearly half of Canada&amp;rsquo;s 20 Most Romantic Cities lie in Ontario, both Toronto and Ottawa don&amp;rsquo;t rank as passionate as their less populous neighbours.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Always a Bridesmaid: Guelph, Ontario claims the No. 2 spot on the overall most romantic list for the second consecutive year.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Your Love is King(ston): Not simply the overall winner, but you&amp;rsquo;re also most likely to curl up on the couch with both a &amp;ldquo;Rom-Com&amp;rdquo; and a Danielle Steel novel in Kingston, Ontario than in any other Canadian city.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Bubl&amp;eacute;-ing Over: Kamloops is crowned Canada&amp;rsquo;s largest buyer of Michael Bubl&amp;eacute; albums per capita, proving size (of a city) doesn&amp;rsquo;t matter. Overall, British Columbia&amp;rsquo;s crush on their local crooner remains at an all-time high, with five of the Top 10 Michael Bubl&amp;eacute;-loving cities within its borders.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Prairie Love: Residents of Saskatchewan are heating things up in the living room. Both Regina and Saskatoon make the overall Top 10, keeping the flame burning, especially with date night DVDs. Red Deer, Alberta and Winnipeg, Manitoba also place in the Top 20.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Heartbreak City: Last year&amp;rsquo;s most romantic urban centre, Victoria just barely flirts its way into the Top 5 in 2012.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Love Struck: No one does it better in Newfoundland than the people of St. John&amp;rsquo;s, whose love of love makes them the only Atlantic Canadian city on the list.&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>What will you do with your 31,536,000 seconds of time?</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;img style="border: 5px solid black; float: left; margin: 5px;" src="http://www.century21.ca/Images/27405/5fc31d14-30aa-494a-ae23-cbff737f16ba.jpg" alt="Faucet" width="250" height="172" /&gt;Ask yourself&amp;nbsp;the question...Do you have enought time to do all the things that are important to you?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;How will you manage your time during the coming year in 2012?"&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp; Over the course of the next week&amp;nbsp;or so you are likely to be asked if you made any New Year's resolutions?!&amp;nbsp; You may or may not make any resolution(s)&amp;nbsp;but the very&amp;nbsp;question will likely make you think about 2012 in general.&amp;nbsp; Time is a very precious commodity and is something that can never&amp;nbsp;have a true value placed on it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Here are&amp;nbsp;few ideas for time management in 2012:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Make it count!&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp; Like sands in an hourglass there is a finite amount of&amp;nbsp;time to do the things you love and the hard work it will take to reach your goals.&amp;nbsp; Don't get distracted by the little things that will take you away from realizing&amp;nbsp;these&amp;nbsp;goals and enjoying some much needed personal time&amp;nbsp;to recharge your battery.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Take time off!&amp;nbsp; &lt;/strong&gt;No matter what industry you work in, excessive time spent in the workplace can envelope and swallow your&amp;nbsp;personal time whole and with no mercy.&amp;nbsp; It is essential and imperative to take scheduled time off during the week as well as holidays.&amp;nbsp; Simply put, why bother working so hard if you don't take some time to enjoy the fruits of that labour.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Break down your schedule!&amp;nbsp; &lt;/strong&gt;Take your day and split it into morning, afternoon and evening.&amp;nbsp; From there insert your "to do list" and try and be sure to stick to it.&amp;nbsp; Blocking time is an effective way of keeping on course!&amp;nbsp; Once you have a daily routine established,&amp;nbsp;align&amp;nbsp;your daily&amp;nbsp;goals&amp;nbsp;with your monthly goals and&amp;nbsp;in turn line those up&amp;nbsp;with your overall goals for the year.&amp;nbsp; In doing so,&amp;nbsp;this will allow you to readily see the big picture at a glance&amp;nbsp;and all the little components that make it work!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Whatever your plans, goals or vision&amp;nbsp;are for the coming year, &amp;nbsp;I want to wish you and your family a very Happy New Year and a prosperous 2012!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Central Zone (Peachland to Lake Country):&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;Overall unit sales and sales volumes in the Central Zone jumped by 16.7% to 258 units ($98.1 million) compared to 221 ($76.9 million) last November, and were down 6.6% compared to the 277 units sold in October.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Total residential sales improved by 19.9% to 236 units compared to 197 sold last November, and were down 6.7% from 253 in October.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Single family home sales of 124 units rose 12.7% compared to 110 last year, but remained the same as this October (125).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;November&amp;rsquo;s inventory of 4,475 units was up 3.1% compared to 4,339 in 2010, but the 574 new listings for the month declined 18.9% over the 708 last year.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
