Your pleasent and confident self presentation, and your through explanation of the process at our initial meeting went a long way toward instilling our confidence in you. Indeed you proved yourself worthy, by selling the house in less than one week for top value! Your ongoing timely handling of events and information dispelled our worry and stigma of being in an unfamiliar position as a first time home seller. I shall sincerely recommend you to all of my friends and family who may require the services of a competent, dependable realtor in the future. You do good work, Kathy. I don't give that complment often.
