I recently started a fitness program with kettlebells, at The Whole Way Health and Fitness Studio. I love it, and it's kind of my new fitness obsession. It's really a challenging workout and sometimes I feel "I can't possibly do one more".

My son's elementary school, West Kent School holds an annual "Fall Fair" every year. We have been going to the fair since the boys were babies, and it is one of the highlights of fall in our neighborhood.
