If you find that you need a little pep in your step, try doing one or all of these three things: 1, Take a walk. If you happen to sit at your desk all day, taking a five to ten minute walk can get the circulation going. No time for a walk? At least stand up and stretch every so often. You can even set your phone alarm to remind you to “Get up and MOVE!” 2. Take deep breaths. Have you ever noticed that when you’re stressed your breathing becomes more shallow? Pause and take some deep breaths and let that oxygen energize you. 3. Listen to music. Play that song that gets you dancing (and dance a little) and you’ll be charged up in no time!
