What a fantastic country we live in, not only did we host the Winter Olympics but we were the country that won the most gold medals while hosting the games. Talk about Canadian Pride, running from east to west coast.
These photo's were taken in Aurora, on the 28th day of the big hockey game. The snowman has a gold medal around his neck, and this was a snowfort with Canada painted on it, ...

My wish for 2010 is that people will understand that children with disabilities do not have a DISEASE! Children with disabilities are not looking for a cure but for ACCEPTANCE...something to keep in mind and explain to your children.
Another reminder, please sign your doner card on your license plate, it could help another person live a fuller life!

I would like to say a big "thanks" to the Management and Staff of Century 21 Heritage and to Century 21 Canada for their support and programs which are in place, with new ones happening all the time. It helped me bring my business back to life and gave me the confidence to move on up! May we all prosper in 2010.

Take time to enjoy your family this festive season because if you haven't accomplished what you wanted to in 2009 there is not much time left, so maybe put it on the list for 2010. However, if changing your address was on your list there is still time, and interest rates are still great. That is one thing you should probably not put off.

Market is still moving in the first time buyer homes. Interest rates are still low and so far there is affordable housing. Why not buy a new home for the start of 2010. It is a great investment and next year you can have the family to your house for the Seasonal festivities. Remember Air Miles are the little bonus you receive from Century 21 agents. I give air miles for ...

I guess the witches and ghosts are out this week causing a slower market, but this is no time to be sitting back with interest rates still holding and prices are steady. If moving is in your future why not jump on the market now as we never know what the future will bring. Remember you have to spend money to keep the economy moving. Have a fun safe Halloween!

Just love this fall market, it is booming and the weather is so great to be showing and selling houses. Certain price ranges are not available and if a house is priced correctly it is receiving multiple offers and selling for top $$'s. Much nicer shopping now than later in the year when we will have to wear coats and possibly boots. So if planning on a move, why wait?
