  • Purchasing a new home, especially for the first time, can be a traumatic experience. Having a broker you trust can help turn a stressful experience, into a successful one. Lucky for me, I found Paul Indrigo. As a first time condo buyer, I knew very little. After years away from Toronto I was unsure of even what neighborhoods to look in. Paul took the time to find out what was important to me, what was not, and what I could afford. Together we toured several places in my desired price range, as well as both above and below it. Paul explained how this would help frame the section of the market I was looking in, enabling me to make informed decisions. As we looked at many exciting places, we discussed their current value as well as their future potential. We talked about upgrades and renovations, and how to make changes that would be both environmentally friendly and provide the highest return on my investment. Together we found my perfect first home; a glass encased 1000+ sq ft loft in Toronto's up and coming Leslieville neighborhood. I'll admit, I'm the type of person who asks a lot of questions, but Paul was polite and patient through them all as he educated me in the process and paperwork. Never once did I feel like "a customer", instead Paul was my partner in this, always focusing more on me and my family than his commission. I'm thrilled with my new home, but I know in the next few years the time will come to move on, and I know Paul will be there to help me again.

  • We met Paul through our daughter Sally.  Paul got Sally's house sold in three days and we were impressed.  When we decided to sell our house, we signed up Paul as our agent.  Paul is very professional and very much in touch with the housing market.   He did research, helped us decide on a realistic asking price and sold our house in one day at our asking price!

    I have bought and sold houses at least 7 times in the past but this was the first time that our house was sold in one day at full asking price.  What an achievement!  The pictures on our listed house looked terrific on MLS.  We find Paul efficient, friendly and very helpful in his dealing with us.  We are sure Paul will have many more wonderful and fruitful years in the real estate field.

  • We were lucky enough to work with Paul Indrigo as our agent twice this winter, both as a buying and selling agent. Mark had previously worked with Paul to find his first condo several years ago and we knew that Paul would be the perfect agent to list the place and to help us find our first home as a married couple.  We couldn’t be happier about the three bedroom condo that we found as well as the wonderful building and neighbourhood in which it’s located.
