Properties in Rossland and Christina Lake BC
I have lived in and been a licensed realtor in Rossland since 2004, and am familiar with Red Mountain, Christina Lake, and Rossland properties. I would love to help you to buy or sell your home.
Not only do I give great service, I give back as well. Anyone who completes a transaction with me or refers someone who does will receive a free day of cat skiing with Big Red Cats - if that isn't your cup of tea, I will donate it in your name to the Maclean School PAC or Red Mountain Racers as an auction item, and you can give back too.
Buyers: I would love to welcome you to this area and show you why I strongly believe that this community is one of the finest places in the world to live and raise a family.
Sellers: The internet is the #1 resource for people searching for a new home, and your listing with me will be featured on the following websites:
www.kootenayhomes.com
www.century21.ca/paulagaul - on my page, the office page, and a listing page
www.mls.ca
Of course the best resource I have is the outstanding team with whom I work at C21 Kootenay Homes.
Give me a call and I will do a free market evaluation including comparable sales and listings in your neighbourhood.

Personal Background
Paula was born in Toronto, grew up in London, Ontario, and then joined the army as a Logistics Officer and lived in Kingston, Borden, Victoria, and Petawawa. She left the army as a Captain, and sold computer systems in Ottawa before doing her MBA at Western, sailing the South Pacific for 4 months, and settling in Sydney, Australia, to work for Boston Consulting Group before starting her family with her husband Kieren. After 5 years in Australia, and 2 babies, Sami and Gabi, they discovered Rossland and Christina Lake BC. Paula has explored a lot of potential places to live, but decided that this region offered the optimal quality of life, including good public education, excellent recreational activities, and incredible natural beauty. In 2003 they purchased the Red Shutter Inn at Red Mountain and started to work on creating their cat skiing business. In 2004 Paula joined Century21 and in 2005 had her third daughter. She has been happily managing Big Red Cats, her family, and real estate ever since.
Personal Interests
Paula has 3 school-aged daughters, and spends most of her time running her cat skiing business Big Red Cats and taking her kids to their various activities. You can find her most weekday mornings with the "coffee council" at the Alpine Grind cafe. In winter, Paula gets out and skis as much powder as possible, and she spends her summers at Christina Lake.
