Big Springs

Big Springs Community was developed in the late 70's and into the 1980's.  Alberta Home Mortgage   It is located on the east side of the QE2Many of the single family homes here were built under the CHAP program.  This program was administered by Alberta Home Mortgage Corporation and allowed  home owners to build their own home with group buying privileges.   There are a variety of styles of homes from bungalows, to bilevels. to 2 storey homes.  Sizes vary from approximately 1000 sq. ft  (93 sq. m) to 1500 sq.ft (139 sq. m)

There is also a couple of condo developments with both town homes and apartment condos.  as well as an area of mobile homes and modular homes on their own lots.  Pride of ownership shows through out this area.

It is hard to believe that January is almost over.    We have had lots of snow and then the mildest day for many years. The real estate market is picking up.  We are getting more calls into the office and more sales are happening. There seems to be a positive buzz out there now.   There are new listings on the market and great choice depending on the price range.  ...
