Thanks to our Century 21 team and volunteers this years event raised $30,000 for breast cancer and our hospital. It was a great party with over 700 people attending the event. Plans are underway for a new waterfront development on Black Sturgeon Lake off of the Ritchie Road. It's in the application stage now and information is available from the City.

Saturday January 8th is the kick off to Hap's fundraiser for the Lake of the Woods District Hospital. Every Saturday night until April Hap's will be hosting a Prime Rib dinner with $10 from every prime rib meal going to the Lake of the woods hospital.
It's a great opportunity to get out of the house, enjoy a great meal and support a great cause!

Demolition began on two older homes located in Rideout to make room for a new four unit apartment building. Construction is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2011.
