We started looking for a house a few years ago. We wanted a quieter street, bigger backyard, so our kids could play, and we’d feel safe. We met Sean during an open house. He was really friendly and offered to set us up on his website, so that we would get an e-mail (with a link to his website) when a house came up. It was perfect because he set it up so we only received the houses in our price range, and in the areas that we were looking for. We didn’t have to go on MLS and search. We also received the listings prior to them hitting the public MLS.
The Orchard area is a popular area, and the houses go quick. We had seen a few, called Sean, he set up a showing ASAP, we did a walk thru, thought about it over night a few times, and we lost a few houses because we weren’t 100% about the house. Sean was always great about setting up the showing, meeting us there, giving us our time to think about what we wanted, but he was always honest about if we needed to make an offer quick (because the house was in demand, and there were other offers coming to the table)
We have now found the perfect house. We received Sean’s e-mail on the Thursday, and he set up the first showing the next morning. We saw the house, loved it, put in the offer and the house was ours by 5:00.
We listed our house shortly after that and our house sold for list price, with the exactly closing date that we wanted. Best of all it sold within 36 hours of being posted. We have 2 little kids and not having to have the house up for weeks was great. We had discussed the price that our house would list for a few times. Sean came back a few days before we listed with a price that was a little higher than we thought we could get. Sean did his research and knows the market because the house listed Thursday and we had the offer by Friday night.

Recently, my wife and I purchased a new home with the guidance of Sean Kavanagh of Century 21. I am writing this letter to inform you of Sean’s quality of service, level of client commitment and expertise from a satisfied client’s perspective.
My wife and I began house hunting shortly after our wedding in October of 2008. Although we had some basic knowledge of real estate and were existing homeowners, we were looking for an agent who would be able to advise us in today’s housing market.
