In addition, I am both driven and resourceful and can thus both identify potential business and capitalize on it by pursuing it in the suitable manner.
Finding the right Real Estate Broker is fundamental when buying or selling your home. I speak French , English and Hebrew and have the skills to negotiate properly, which is essential to manage the business aspects of the financial and legal transaction.
Protection for the Buyer and Seller
The Real Estate Broker is supervised and governed by a professional association and its insurer which will protect the buyer and Seller during and after the sale as well.
As a Real Estate Broker at Century 21, I will be responsible for managing the sale or purchase of your property as required by our association, which requires us to practice in accordance with the law.
There are intermediaries or advisers who claim to know how to manage the Real Estate but are not trained by the Real Estate Chamber of their locality, they offer a Web Service but are in no way qualified to advise the customer as it should.
