Do an comparative market analysis of your home and advise you on the current value of your home in today's market.

List your home throught the MLS system a database of properties for sale that all Realtors an access.

List your home on my Century 21 site, plus on office site with 21 showcase photo's

Advertise your home through multiple mediums (twitter, adwords, point 2)

Hold open houses at your convenience ( show prospective buyers your home)

Advise you on forthcoming offers, and negotiate the sales contract

Ensuring your home offers the best first impression to the buyer. Helpful tips and hints will be offered through print material or with the help of a home stager. Every step of the way, keep your home appealing to the buyers is an integral part of the entire listing.

* Potential buyers usually feel more comfortable if the owners are not present during the scheduled showing.  

*If people arrive at your home without an appointment or an agent, refer them to an agent for an appointment.

Purchase contract terms and conditions.  Ensuring you get what you want for the price, and conditions.  Ensure your best interest is at heart.  Presenting the offer in a timely fashion to the sellers Realtor. 

Legal advice if necessary, direct conversations with your Mortgage specialist ensuring all aspects of the contract and obligations are met.

Completion

Once your offer is accepted. I will navigate you through the time sensitive contract, and address any of your questions.  I will always be there to aide you through the entire process.  Offering you a list of service professionals every step of the way.

  • Offering my services to my cleints goes beyond the sale or purchase of a home.

I often get calls from current and past clients needing help.  Recently a client of mine called, they need to get a deck built on their home.  Having called several companies out of the yellow pages -and getting NO where.  They called me.  The next day they had a local contract at their door. The new deck was built in a very short time.  I saved them time and money ~ putting them into contact with someone I knew.

Client contacted me last week - Sept. 16 - microwave hoodfan is broken. She needs it removed and replaced with a standard hoodfan.  I called a few trades that work in Residentail - and keeping costs down - may have found the right person to do the job.  They are in touch with eachother working out the details.

I have a list of Preferred Business Owners in Airdrie.  Just call me or email me. You never know - I may know the right person for the job you need done.  From furnace cleaning to Pet Sitter - heck even someone to do up a gift basket for that special someone.
