My husband and I just moved to Kelowna last July 07, and we decided to purchase our very first house about a year later.  Being extremely naive with the house-buying process, we needed someone who was willing to take the time to explain every detail that was involved when searching for and purchasing a house.  Also, we wanted someone who had strong connections with other people in the business, and was able to give us reliable referrals, such as mortgage brokers and lawyers.  Lastly, we also needed someone whom we could trust and confide to, since buying a house could be a very personal thing.  Trever Florko was one such realtor and more.  He managed to meet all of our needs, and he was able to direct us to the appropriate people if he couldn't otherwise help us. To anyone considering hiring Trever to be your realtor... do it, you won't be sorry!

          My name is Gene and I had my home at 870 Glenwood Avenue listed with an agent other then Trever for over 3 months with hardly any action and a lot of stress and confusion. One of my friends, seeing my frustration referred me to Trever. From the first moment we met, Trever made me feel at ease and let me know that he had some great ideas on how to better market my home. I had to leave for Vancouver and Trever took care of EVERYTHING. He sold my home in less then 2 weeks and got me more money then I had originally thought was possible! Being out of town you would think that I would have been apprehensive to leave my home in someone's care who I had just met. However Trever is such a genuine, down to earth and professional person that I did not worry at all. He said he would do everything and I would not have to lift a finger. "Let me take care of everything" is what he said...and he did. He had a professional photographer take the greatest photos of my home. In fact everything Trever did was professional and over and above what any other agent has ever done for me in the past. He even watered my plants and brought in the papers and mail while I was away.

Please understand that I do not write letters like this for everyone. Thank God Trever was there!

My fiancée and I were purchasing our home together after months and months of searching. We finally found the house we wanted, but SURPRISE! It was only for sale by the owner.  Not only that, but there were some special circumstances involved with this home that would make the transaction more complex.  We told Trever about this house, and he was more than happy to work on our behalf, to do all the negotiations, and all the corresponding research and additional contacts necessary.  We were so thankful to have Trever to lean on during this deal, as there were some tough times  (not all realtors will take their time out of a conference for you to cry your eyes out to, and then leave that conference to jump into action to "just make everything okay!!").  Not only that, but there are so many additional concerns that come up when you are purchasing a home that is for sale by owner, that we would never have known about and could have potentially gotten us into an tough situation.  All in all Trever was there for us no matter what time of day it was (believe me, we sometimes still had him on the phone with us at 11:00 at night!), and no matter what tough times came up.  Trever was not only a great realtor to us, but a great friend as well.

average visitor is likely highly qualified since they're coming from
listing ads and targeted AdWords ads. Quality traffic.
