Building regulations (or Bylaws) are vital in building management. In property management, it is important to have Bylaws for the building common rules, they shall be signed by the tenant at the same time of signing the lease, building regulations must be the same language as the tenant's lease.
The building regulations must be adapted to the needs of the property.
Writings remain, but the words of mouth fly away.As an example of building Bylaws look at my section "MY BLOG" under “Building Bylaws”. Your questions and comments are welcome.
