The Oakville, Milton and District Real Estate Board (OMDREB) just released a November market report and according to its numbers, the number of sales were up 0.4 per cent compared to November 2012. Monthly sales totaled 536 compared to 534 in November 2012.
According to Aziz Kanjee, President of OMDREB, the number of sales dropped, but sale prices continued to grow at a rate of about 11% in Oakville and Milton. He concluded that the resale housing market has a strong outlook for this region – great news. Click here to read the full article.
