In my first year of selling real estate in the Fraser Valley and the Lower Mainland, now appropriately called the Metro Vancouver area, I worked unceasingly to claim the award from the Fraser Valley Real Estate board, called the "ROOKIE of THE YEAR 1995". This is the award given to the newcomer realtor of the year who sold the most homes for that year. I was thrilled. This sets the momentum for me to persevere in my hard work to achieve many more awards in the industry since.
But my efforts and awards are meaningless without YOU, my clients. YOU are who made my successes real. When I see my clients prosper from their real estate investments and the value of their homes increased over the years I get a sense of satisfaction that I continue to serve my clients well. I have over the years advised my friends and clients to purchase properties they were not sure if they wanted at the time, but in 100% of the cases, they have made a lot of money when they SOLD. THAT is proof that my real estate investments advice to them are good sound advice. As a REALTOR, I am not a psychic. But I do have facts, research and statistic to back up my advice to you.

I am an Experimental Aircraft Association Flight Leader
I volunteer to fly young eagles between the ages of 7 and 16 to introduce them to flight and to peak their interests in aviation. I mentor and sponsor young people who would love to learn to fly.
Professional Background
I graduated from Simon Fraser University with a B.A. majoring in Psychology and Criminology. I am an Alumni member of SFU.
I am also the owner and president of a Transport Canada approved flight training unit located at the Pitt Meadows Airport (CYPK). We teach flying and provide sight seeing and scenic photography at www.cobaltaviation.com
Harrison Ford is an avid supporter of the Young Eagle General Aviation Program, in which I am a member. I had the pleasure of meeting him and Calista Flockhart in Jackson Hole, where they live when I first joined EAA.

Personal Background
I was born in Brunei, a small country in Borneo; raised and educated in Sarawak, Malaysia.
With my sister and her grandkids in Malaysia, 2007
I migrated to Canada in 1975. Attended Simon Fraser University .Worked with Special needs children from 1980 to 1992. I obtained my Real Estate License in 1994 and was awarded the highest honor ( ROOKIE OF THE YEAR) in 1995 by the Fraser Valley Real Estate board for selling the most homes as a new comer to the industry. I have sold over 600 homes since.
In 2002 I decided to take up flying because I was a lousy golfer, but needed a hobby to relax. I obtained my pilot license in 2004 and fell in love with flying. Because I love aviation so much I decided to start a flight school in Pitt Meadows. I have a partner and a couple of instructors working at the school while I sell real estate to support my flying passion and to support my charitable cause of flying children to give them flight experience when they state that they want to grow up to be pilots, but their parents cannot afford to pay for their flying lessons.
I belong to the Harley Owners Group. I own and ride a 2005 Harley V-ROD. And a 2008 Softtail Deluxe. I do the toy-run for CKNW each year. Will ride for any cause.
Personal Interests
I run for the cure ( Supporting awareness in Breast cancer) when I can. I love to run more in time.
My "Hot Bikram Yoga" practise keeps me strong, flexible and healthy as well. It also keeps me grounded ( not so good as a flying realtor to be grounded, you would think). But I need to have mental grounding so that I can always be in peak performance state when I sell and negotiate for you. It gives me mental muscle. I play hard and work harder. I try everyday to live a balanced life. You got to live a little, work a little and share the world a little.... that's my philosophy of life.

Fly to see your homes from up high !
I work, live and play in the Metro Vancouver area, and the Fraser Valley too. I frequently take to the skies in my Cessna172 , a 4- seater plane. I love to fly as you can gather from what you have read so far. I am now combining my flying passion with my real estate passion.I like to call myself the "flying realtor". I regularly fly over my neighbourhood to take scenic photos, or photos of interesting homes and new developments.
