Last week the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver released the statistics regarding SOLDs on the MLS system. It states that the sales of homes and SOLD prices of homes have continued to edge upwards. According to their data, the Home Price Index (HPI) of all properties had increased 12.4 % in the last 12 months. . Do you know that the real estate sales in the Metro Vancouver area last year alone generated over $1.03 billion ( yes, billions) towards the economy of BC.... in spin-offs?
