Year-to-date average prices are up in all but West Lincoln with a decrease of -2.2%. Sales too are up in all areas except West Lincoln and Port Colborne, though the reduction in number of sales is minor. Days on the market is reduced in all areas except Welland and Niagara-on-the-Lake.
