 Average Sale Price Increases Overall

As the chart indicates, the 12-month average sale price has increased from 1% in Pelham/Fonthill to 12.1% in Fort Erie. Only West Lincoln indicates a negative average price of -2.9%.

Average Days on the Market

Over the past 12 months, the longest number of average days on the market is 107 days for Niagara-on-the-Lake and 101 days for Fort Erie. St. Catharines is the lowest at 54 days.
