 Average Sale Price Increases Throughout

As the chart indicates, the 12-month average sale price to May 31, 2012 has increased from a low of .3% in Niagara-On-The-Lake to a high of 13.7% in Fort Erie. All districts are in positive numbers.

Average Days on the Market Over 12 Months to May 31

The longest number of average days on the market is 112 days for Niagara-on-the-Lake and 99 days for Fort Erie. The shortest selling times are St. Catharines, 53 days and Thorold, 56 days.
